Mindflower's Version of an Empathy Map
Use this tool to deepen your understanding of your customers, clients, stakeholders, users, cats, and more.
Please reach out to us if you would like additional support with this tool or if you are interested in having Mindflower facilitate a workshop on Empathy Mapping.
NOTE: We did not create the original empathy map. Many people have adopted their own versions of the empathy map, and the downloadable version is our original artwork and simplification of the Empathy Map. We believe in giving credit where credit is due: Dave Gray from XPLANE is the original creator. Here is a link to Dave's revised version of the empathy map.

Mindflower's Divergent & Convergent Thinking Guidelines
Use this tool to introduce participants to the unique thinking modes of Divergent and Convergent Thinking. Remember to never use both types of thinking at the same time!
Please reach out to us if you would like additional support with Divergent / Convergent Thinking. We are here to help. Let us know if you are interested in having Mindflower facilitate a workshop on Creative Problem Solving, Brainstorming, or Creative Thinking.
NOTE: While the illustration is our unique artwork, we did not invent the guidelines for Divergent and Convergent Thinking. We learned about them through a few creative conferences (like Mindcamp), The Creative Education Foundation, and through our studies of Creative-Problem-Solving. You could also credit Alex Osborne and Sid Parnes for the creation of Brainstorming. If you are super nerdy, you can read more about J.P. Guilford and the history of divergent/convergent thinking here).

Empathetic Engagements Map
Use this Empathetic Engagements Map to plan your next virtual or in-person event with more empathy, accessibility, inclusivity, and purpose. Leading with empathy means designing by considering your audience before you plan the "how".
Please reach out if you would like additional support with this tool. We are presenting this tool at the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation conference and ASU Lodestar Nonprofit Conference on Sustainability Strategies in Autumn 2020.
