So often we start our mornings with to-do lists, rushing around the house, trying to get the kids out the door, updating ourselves on the news of the world, and so much more.
Next time you dream your morning coffee, tea, smoothie, water, or whatever, what if you skipped turning on the TV? Kept your computer lid shut? Put down your phone?
When you simply drink your drink, how do you feel? What thoughts come to mind? How do you perceive the clarity of your thoughts? What happened to the rest of your day? Did you notice any changes?
